We want to get things right so that you enjoy your time with us and achieve everything that you aspire to. We aim to provide you with a high quality of service while you're here, but if you find that the standards we achieve are lower than you expect, we'd like to know about it. You can always tell your tutor or another member of your Course Team or College Management Team and they will talk with you about your issue and then try to resolve it with other colleagues.

If you feel that you need to make a more formal complaint then you'll find details of how to do this in the University's 3Rs - Rights, Responsibilities and Regulations document. You can also pick up a guide to this procedure from your Faculty Office Desk in the Dome at Buxton or in B Block at Derby.

The Students' Union can provide support, advice and guidance regarding your rights as a student and will support you with any formal complaint.
